The research paper for this class will focus on an analysis of your chosen organization. It must be a publicly traded organization. You will write an analysis of the organizational culture, leadership, Diversity Equity and Inclusion efforts, and ethical practices for the organization. This will require you to research as much as you can through the company’s own website, articles written about the company, our textbook, and scholarly articles about the company.

In your analysis, discuss the following areas:

– The organizational culture, diversity and the unique characteristics of the work environment, as it relates to chapters 1, 2 and 16.

– Leadership and how the various concepts and leadership models discussed in the text in chapter 12 are utilized in the company’s CEO and management team
