data for the sample of 14 astronauts studied. These data are used for
calculations of sample means.

Summary vs. Abstract
Note that the type of information included in this summary sound similar to what would appear
in an abstract, but the summary should be much more detailed than an abstract. The
summary must have enough information to allow the reader to understand what the
experimenters did and found without reading the original article.
Proofreading and editing
Be sure to set aside enough time to proofread and edit your paper. Your paper must be
grammatically correct and without spelling errors. If you can’t see these mistakes in your own
writing, show your paper to a tutor, friend, or family member who may be able to look at it
more objectively. It also helps to print the assignment and edit the printed copy.
